Every year since 2008, the “University-Industry Collaboration National Congress” and every year since 2015, “National Patent Fair” where University Patents are presented to the Sector are organized. These two events are united in 2018.

More than 500 University Patents are exhibited and presented to the investors up to the present at Patent fairs organized to support presentation of technology portfolios of the Technology Transfer Offices (TTO) of Universities to the sector representatives and investors, to create a synergy environment within ecosystem and ensure meeting of the universities and investors at the same point (www.usimppatentfuari.org.tr).

National Congresses are united with Patent Fair activities as of 2018. 10 RTTP Score equivalence is granted to this event by ATTP.

• The first University Industry Collaboration National Congress, hosted by Adana ÜSAM (University- Industry Common Research Center), is held with the theme “Institutionalization in University-Industry Collaboration”, on June 26 – 27, 2008, in Adana, at Çukurova University, Balcalı campus,   
• The 2^nd University Industry Collaboration National Congress, hosted by SAM (Ceramic Research Center), is held with the theme “UIC for Value Creating Researches”, on May 07 – 08, 2009, in Eskişehir, at Anadolu University campus,
• The 3^rd University Industry Collaboration National Congress is held in cooperation with ODAGEM and OSTIM with the theme “Clustering for University-Industry Collaboration”, on June 03 – 04, 2010, in Ankara, at METU Congress and Cultural Center,
• The 4^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress is held in cooperation with Ege University and Aegean Region Chamber of Industry with the theme “Corporate Bridges between University – Industry”, on June 02 – 03, 2011, in Izmir, at Izmir Atatürk Congress Center,   
• The 5^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress is held in cooperation with Sabancı University, TÜSIAD and Istanbul Chamber of Industry with the theme “Management of University Industry Collaboration Process”, on June 21 – 22, 2012, in Istanbul, at Sabancı University campus,
• The 6^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress is held with the theme “Social Contributions of University-Industry Collaboration”, on May 09–10, 2013, in Düzce, at Düzce University campus,
• The 7^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress, hosted by Erciyes Technocity and Erciyes University, is held with the contribution of MDK with the theme “from Technological Entrepreneurship to Technological Industrialization”, on May 22-23, 2014, in Kayseri,
• The 8^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress, hosted by Selçuk Technocity and Selçuk University, is held with the theme “Sustainable University Industry Collaboration from the Past to the Future” on June 08-10, 2015, in Konya,  
• The 9^th University Industry Collaboration National Congress, hosted by Başkent University TTO, is held with the theme “University-Industry Collaboration in Healthcare Technologies”, on May 16–17, 2017, in  

In 2015, USIMP has decided to organize an “USIMP Patent Fair” where patents for which patent applications are made or registrations are completed shall be displayed and inventions shall be introduced to potential domestic/foreign entrepreneurs and industrialists on the basis of the technologies produced at Universities to support introduction processes of technology portfolios of the Technology Transfer Offices to the representatives and investors of the industry and to enable the university and the investors to meet at one point:           

• USIMP Patent Fair I is held on November 11-12, 2015 with the theme “Patents of Universities are meeting with the Industry”. Almost 500 guests have visited the event which was organized with the participation of 17 Technology Transfer Offices in total (in cooperation with Ege University EBILTEM Technology Transfer Office, Istanbul Technical University ITUNOVA Technology Transfer Office, Sabancı University Technology Transfer Office, Selçuk University Technology Transfer Office and Yıldız Technical University Technology Transfer Office and Sakarya University ADAPTTO, Izmir Institute of Technology Atmosfer TTO, Koç University TTO, Istanbul Şehir University TTO, Trakya University TTO, Zirve University TTO, Pamukkale University TTO, METU Technocity, Gazi University TTO, Erciyes University TTO, Istanbul University TTO and Özyeğin University) and lasted for 2 days. 17 TTOs have taken part with their stands and patent posters and many other TTOs have attended as guests. 126 patent technology posters of the attending TTOs are displayed within the scope of the event to introduce to firms and  
• USIMP Patent Fair II is held on November 8-9, 2016. 124 patent technologies are exhibited by 19 Universities at the USIMP National Patent Fair where more than 700 attendants have met. 11 TTOs - EU EBITEM-TTO, FIRAT- TTO, Hacettepe HT-TTM, Istanbul TTO, INOVITA – ISEK, ITUNOVA, SABANCI-TTO, Şehir TTO, Selçuk TTO, Yıldız TTO and Pamukkale TTO - have taken part in the Organization Committee.
• USIMP National Patent Fair III is held on November 6–7, 2017 with the theme “Patents of Universities are meeting with R&D Centers”. 23 TTOs and 5 R&D Centers have attended and 147 patents are exhibited, 515 guests have visited and 75 face-to-face meetings are held at the event.

In 2018, “National Patent Fair” is combined with the “USIMP National Congress” in order to increase the effectiveness of the event and to provide integrity in the efforts:

• USIMP National Patent Fair IV and the National Congress of the University Industry Collaboration is held on November 14-15, 2018 with the theme “Transformation of University Industry Collaborations into Social Added Value” and is also combined with the 10^th USIMP National Congress in order to increase the effectiveness of the event and to provide integrity in the efforts. Malaysia Human Life Advancement Foundation was the Guest of Honor of the event. Moreover, representatives from the European Patent Office (EPO Academy) and Hellenic Industrial Property Organization (HIPO) have attended.  
• USIMP National Patent Fair V and the National Congress of the University Industry Collaboration is held on November 27-28, 2019 with the theme “The Role of Interfaces in University-Industry Cooperation for Social Benefit”. Saudi Arabia King Abdullah University (KAUST) was the Guest of Honor. The event was held with the participation of the international stakeholders with the attendance of the Chairman of Kazakhstan Science Foundation as the speaker. 31 TTOs, 3 R&D Centers and 6 Technology Development Zone Managing Companies have attended, 178 patents are exhibited and 622 guests have visited the event.
• USIMP National Patent Fair VI and the National Congress of the University Industry Collaboration is held online on November 25-29, 2020 with the theme “Result Oriented University-Industry Collaboration with Effective Interfaces”. 462 firms, 403 Universities –TTOs have attended, 192 patents are exhibited and 865 guests have visited the event.

• USIMP National Patent Fair VII and the National Congress of the University Industry Collaboration is held online on 6-24 November 2021 with the theme "In the Changing World and Industry Hand in Hand". 229 firms, 327 Universities-TTOs have attended, 290 patents are exhibited and 609 guest have visited the event.
